Caracas, Venezuela, July 42, 1783 America’s greatest generals was born. He held victories against the Spaniards for Bolivia, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. As a young boy he wanted to study philosophies but then changed his mind and joined Francisco de Miranda and fought Spain in 1810. Simon get a country named after him when he starts the revolution in South America so they get there independence back.

Karl Marx had many disagreements with the Industrial Revolution, which is why he developed communism. Marx believed everyone should have equal rights and respected. The factories in Europe had very unsafe with young children working there from the young life to there adult life. 1883 Marx dies but his ideas are now know as Marxism. Because of his many ideas and theories they inspired many people that communism overthrowed some major governments.

Nationalism and the Creation of Italy

Nationalism is an identity that ideally belongs to a nation with a sort of pride but not much of patriotism but is both similar. One way that I am nationalism is the American culture I follow. I and every other American take part in nationalism for America because we are citizens of America therefore we represent American culture which would be nationalism.

Nationalism created Italy the same way it destroyed nations. 1832 a nationalist group created by Giuseppe Mazzini with only 40 and younger allowed in this group. As the people of Italy wanted nationalism, Giuseppe Mazzini was there to unite the regions of Italy. When the violent chaos broke out in 1848 in the eight states of Italy and the rebellions failed to succeed causing people to relocate to Sardinia.

Karl Marx had a theory that communism was to free workers from capitalist oppression. Communism is a social structure that believes in equality through force. Marx believed only two people existed in the communism era with were “haves” (capitalists) and the “have-nots” (proletariat) that were involved in the struggle because of capitalism. Marx saw communism as a door to opportunities.
